Well that's me, Whiteadder, otherwise known as Andy, doing what I enjoy most. Some might say fishing, lately for most of the time it's messing about with old fly fishing gear. I decided to carve out my own little corner of Cyberspace again to share some of the things I have learned about the stuff that's important to me. Mostly it's going to be the aforementioned old fly fishing tackle, but now and again I might stray "off piste" into more exotic topics. Mostly I just want to share a bit of what I have with anyone who shares my interests.
Amongst other things I'd like to establish an online resource for people interested in fly fishing with traditional split/built cane (or bamboo, as the Americans call it) fly rods. As I have said, I'm sure there'll be other things of interest along the way, whatever else, I hope this is the start of an interesting journey.
